Francesca Tilio is an Italian artist and photographer. Her research explores femininity, adolescence, and the relationship between human beings, landscape, and color, intertwining photography, writing, and participatory practices. Through staging and visual storytelling, she creates narratives in which body, image, and space become relational devices. She has exhibited internationally and received national and international awards and recognitions. The image of the embrace born from her Pink Project has become a shared symbol of sisterhood and peace. She is currently developing the long-term international project Teenagers of the 21st Century, dedicated to new generations.
