My name is Ludovico Benedetto. I am a photographer, journalist and visual storyteller. I wander the streets with a camera and the stubborn hope of finding the stories that lie, silently, beneath the surface of things. I don’t always succeed. To see the world. To reach out to danger and the unknown. Finding others and feeling my heart beat as it never has before are the guiding principles of my life, and if I manage to live by them, I believe that at that point I will have little else to ask for. To quote my favourite photographer: “A good photographer only needs a pair of comfortable shoes” — and in my case, a Leica.
